Helical Gear Reducer

The helical gear motor and reducer is a single gearbox, using a helical gear design, which can reduce output speed (Rpm) and increase the torque for transmission. There are two types: reducer motor plug-in, dual-shaft reducer. The reduction ratio range is wide, and the standard gear ratio can be as high as 1:200.

Flange reducers motor plug-in are used to connect to the standard motors such as IEC motors as transmission. Through the multi-stage gears, the reducers can reduce the output speed (Rpm) and increase the torque. Double-shaft reducers can provide transmission through the gears of the output shafts on both sides to realize output speed reducing or torque increasing.
