AC Gear Motor

Gear motors are parallel shaft induction geared motors, that provide high torque and reduce output speed, and can be divided into the single-phase gear motors, three-phase gear motors. Output ranges are from 100W(1/8hp) to 3700W(5hp), and the standard gear ratio from 1:3 to 1:1800.
All gear boxes are under restricted inspection to avert oil leaking effectively and we realize well heat dissipation and appearance by using lightweight aluminium alloy housing with baking paint treatment. Our gear motors have low temperature rise with special motor design and adapt precision gear process to ensure low noise and low vibration.

The helical gear reducer is a single gear box, using a helical gear design, which can reduce output speed (Rpm) and increase the torque for transmission. There are two type: reducer motor plug-in、 dual-shaft reducer. The reduction ratio range is wide, and the standard gear ratio can be as high as 1:200.

Flange reducers motor plug-in are used to connect to the standard motors such as IEC motors as transmission. Through the multi-stage gears, the reducers can reduce the output speed (Rpm) and increase the torque. Double-shaft reducers can provide transmission through the gears of the output shafts on both sides to realize output speed reducing or torque increasing.
